
Dr. Noam Mohr
Noam Mohr is a physicist at Queens College, with degrees from Yale University
and the University of Pennsylvania. He has worked on global warming
and animal protection campaigns for the U.S. Public Interest Research
Group, The Humane Society of the United States, EarthSave
International, and People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals. He has
published a number of reports on climate change widely covered in the
media, including Flirting With Disaster, Pumping Up the Price, Storm
Warning, and A New Global Warming Strategy. He has appeared numerous
times on television, in film, and on the radio. He has written
regulatory standards for U.S. and foreign governments. He has
consulted for major international corporations. He has run successful
lobbying campaigns to enact state laws. He also serves as Vice
President of Jewish Vegetarians of North America.
